About VOIP Cloud phones

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN US AND OUR COMPETITORS:

• When you deal with these big companies that provide VoIP services, they are usually over seas, they charge you per user and per phone call. They ship you the phones, and you plug them in. They either port your main old numbers through, or issue you new numbers. If you need wiring, or installation, then they subcontract a local company to do the work. This is a third party process and takes more time than usual. This usually ends up in a mess, when you call customer support, its overseas, and are usually on hold for long periods of time, usually they have a hard time resolving issues being so far away. So here is why we are better, and cheaper.  We do not charge per phone call. only per user.  (scroll down to see our rates/plans) Most of all, we are local, we come and install the phones on site, port your numbers, install any wiring that needs to be done, set up a call platform that suites your needs and set up a call flow/routing system, we will set up the voicemail, and all of the programming on site, so you are ready to go that same day. We fully support our customers and have certified technicians on hand at all times. just call us and we can come out the same day, or possibly solve any issues, or changes remotely.

• Get rid of your old phone system. We will bypass it. We will add you to our Switch and data base so you can have countless features, multiple lines, a call routing system with voicemaisue your company new numbers or we can port your existing numbers through the central office/service provider. Then we say goodbye to your prior telephone carrier for good. We forward your main numbers/remote numbers/fax numbers through our switch. Then presto, your numbers are operating through VoiP trunks Via Internet. Main/rollover/rollover/etc.

• Plan 1: May 2003-Current: Free Installation (you must order and purchase all phones through us, see promotions) Depending on the use and speed you may have to increase your internet speed, we will have your service transferred and over to us. Our monthly fee is $30.00 per phone/user, plus any taxes. You will have access to your own system and personal voicemail, caller ID, Incoming/Outbound lines are virtually unlimited. No contract

• Plan 2: Jan 2023: Free Installation upon approval (We pay for all phones and equipment) Plan is based on a lease agreement with all equipment. We warranty and retain ownership of the phones. Monthly fee is $45.00 per phone/ext. Contract will reflect a 5 year commitment.

• Plan 3: May 2024: Free Installation upon approval (We pay for all phones and equipment) Plan is based on a lease agreement with all equipment. We warranty and retain ownership of the phones. Monthly fee is $40.00 per phone/ext. Contract will reflect a 10 year commitment. All phones are replaced and upgraded every 10 year period.

• June 2024 Promotional plan: Free installation upon approval. (you must order and purchase all phones through us, see promotions) $25.00 per ext.  10 or more users or more. No Contract!

• Use your current system.  We can provide SIP trunks behind it, Its the best solution if you only want to have just a few lines to share with several phones, if you have more users than lines, we can give you SIP trunks with your number and provide you with a phone system, or a switching device. Our current charge for SIP trunks or individual telephone lines  is $30.00 per month per line plus taxes.

*Free Installation states physically all wires and cables are in proper locations,  any wires that need to be ran can incur additional charges.
